Personalized Backpacks

What stores have school backpacks around this time of year?
I was thinking about a Dickies one, are they strong? Mine from L.L. Bean (which I’ve used for four years of school) is threatening to rip and I need a new one. I know there’s some online but I’d like to be able to actually see the backpack. I’d also like one that is different in some way, not just plain. It also HAS to be at least 15Hx12Wx5D inches. I looked at l. l. bean’s site, but I don’t like any of their patterns. I’m so picky, hehehe…
There isn’t an Academy within 250 miles of where I live, according to the store locator. I live near Seattle, WA.
There isn’t a Dick’s either.

I will be taking part in the Marathon Of The Sands in 2011 for charity, it is also a personal challenge. (156 miles).

During the race you carry all personal belongings.

I have already been training for the past few months for 3 hours a day, averaging around 15 – 20 miles per day.

I would like to know whether I should increase this? The Marathon is 6 days long and is approx the same as running one normal length Marathon per day.

Is there any way I can train to cope with the intense heat of the Sahara?

When training should I carry a backpack filled with 2 litre bottles of water to prepare myself for the Marathon as I will be carrying all my water I need? (I get more water at different stages during the event – carrying 3-4 litres of water at a time, clothes, survival kit, tent, flares etc.).

Any help with setting myself a personalised training regime will be very helpful!

My Body Mass Index is 20.8

I kinda want it to be Black,white,Mostly black and nothing to girly.
Kinda of like a NORMAL jansport backpack.not the ones that are huge.

i had lots of duct tape on my backpack, and i finally took the tape off after like, a year and a half, and theres this hella goopy sticky stuff left over. How do i get that off my backpack??

It might have had Mark Mitchell in it and the opening bit had the kids on a hill facing the wrong way- you could see the backpacks talking.

The school store received an order of backpacks on Wednesday. During that day, the store sold 46 backpacks. On Thursday, the store sold 1/4 of the backpacks that were left. When the store opened on Friday, there were 153 backpacks available. How many backpacks did the order contain?

I got a messenger bag from pbteen and my school starts aug. 5 which is wednesday and it said it would take 5-7 business days and i want to know the average time cuz the 7 day is the day my school starts.

I was really wondering what year kids started to carry backpacks to school. I have pictures of my kids in Jr. high school in 1984, no back packs, only a little bag. The they used to carry a lunch pail.

I’m a high school senior going off to college next year and I’m looking for a laptop backpack for my 15.4′ laptop. I want something that cool looking, durable, a good laptop padded pocket and be priced or less. Any suggestions?

I don’t want large backpacks or ones that are larger thatn 15" in hight.

I’m not talking about how you get one free with a purchase, how much are they if you want to get it by itself?

I am going backpacking in Australia and need to find a good backpack. I am willing to spend a good chunk of money for one, but I have no idea where to look. Also, how big of a backpack will I need?

I don’t want a duffle bag thing, or a briefcase…I just want a regular backpack that is designed for laptops, and protect it against say…a 4 foot drop or more. Or a book dropping on top of it.
