Does anyone else have back pain from their backpacks in school?

its like you have to have heavy backpacks to get good grades. teachers make you carry so much and sometimes teachers will want a three ring folder for each class or the schools don’t have enough books. I am in high school and schools so important to make the foods healthier and no soda machines. but they don’t say anything about the backpack size. I am not trying to complain but I think this is a disaster in the making in ten years I believe ots of kids backs will be messed up all because of heavy backpacks.

"To try and avoid getting problems, always use a rucksack (back pack) and make sure you carry it over both shoulders with the straps adjusted so that the bag is held close to the back and the weight is evenly distributed.
Do a daily check of your bag to make sure that you only have those items that are essential for the day ahead (this is a good rule for anyone!)
Soft-soled shoes that are supportive and have a good grip will make it easier to carry a heavy school bag."

I also have issues with my back pain. I posted my question on wish123 and got an answer from an expert who solved my problem. Highly recommend the website.
